Shrove Tuesday (aka Pancake Tuesday or Fat Tuesday) marks the last day before Ash Wednesday and the beginning of the Lenten Season. Traditionally celebrated with stacks and stacks of pancakes, the New York Irish Center will host Queens’ #1 Pancake Chefs, Bridie Mitchell and Helen Ward, as they whip up the flap jacks with some local musicians providing the live soundtrack.
