Mid-Winter Celtic Kids Celebration-2024

While the summer is reserved for Tir na nÓg Festivals, we just cannot wait until the warmer months to get our creative juices flowing. We offer places for our two-day festival of Irish Dance, Music, Art, and culture. All Children will enjoy quality group workshops in various Art forms over two days during the Mid-Winter School Recess.

Feb 22nd & 23rd, $65 per day ($130 total).
Group 1: 5-8 yrs Group 2: 9-12 yrs

McManus school of irish dance

Led by Patricia McManus, the McManus School of Irish Dance provides an introduction to Irish Dance for children aged 4-12. On Mondays at the Center from 3:30pm - 8:30 pm. For younger children, McManus School of Irish Dance also provides Jiggy Tots pre-Irish Dance and Movement. For children aged 2-4, each class focuses on building strength and developing motor skills, coordination, body awareness, and movement creativity, all through dance and educational movement games.

St Patrick’s Art Showcase

We reached out to schools and young people right across Ireland and New York to take part in our 'St Patrick's Art Showcase'. We had over 200 amazing submissions from Dublin, Limerick, Fermanagh, Tyrone and New York! We are sending some of these drawings to each of our Seniors in our Irish heritage Care Boxes, We also designed a mosaic around our logo with all the entries, check it out and maybe find your own masterpiece.
